Best videocard under $125?

Gonna swap out my 6600 from my HTPC. Gaming duty will be very light. What would you recommend? Hopefully something that accelerates HD video movies as well.

I believe the Radeon has a slight edge when it comes to HD playback. If it was a gaming machine, I would say go nV, for HD Video, 2600XT is enough, 3850 is that much better (depending on the CPU behind it as well, but a C2D 1.8GHz or greater is sufficient).
