If you want more information in logs to diagnose problems uploading/downloading add ' -verbosity 9 ' to the shortcut properties which will tell you faults and what server its trying to connect to (cant remember if it guves you server number without that tag)

There was a post dirsectly below that one which said not to click it anymore, but thats been deleted for some reason.
