Finally Fed Up

I've finally got fed up with trying to figure this out.
I've had problems for over three months.

PC Info:
Dell Inspiron 1720
Windows Vista 32bit

Devices:
Dell Truemobile 355 Bluethooth + EDR
Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network
Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000
Logitech FreePaulse Wireless

The problem;
~~~~~~~~
I'm having is my bluetooth cuts out.
it appears as lag in my mouse but with my headset, sound stops for a bit.
This happens randomly, with no apparent pattern or trigger.
My WLAN also drops down to 40%, not always at the same time as the bluetooth cutout (I'm sure I know why this is)
All drivers are current (well for dell's support that is)
Well time for some history;
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After owning this for about a year I upgraded the hard drive and restored the laptop with the dell provided disks.

Around a year and a half I disassembled the system for cleaning (I do this with all towers and laptops in my house) at this time while taking off the wlan-main wire the connector popped off the card (cheaply made crap) wlan-aux came off fine so when I reassembled I taped wlan-main on (I still intend to buy a new card getting an N compatible one)
Only problem that I had was my signal went from 98-99% to 80-90%

About three months later my bluetooth stopped working, unless the object was touching my laptop above the adapter. Opening the system I found the so called gold antenna so corroded it was blackish purple. A quick wipe with a pink eraser cleaned it right up; it also removed gold plating reviling tin, I protected the tin with a piece of scotch tape. (still shiny today)
No Problems, worked just like day one. (until now)

What I have tried;
~~~~~~~~~~~
- Removing WLAN card - figured being broken it might interfere
- Reinstalling Drivers - always a good place to start
- Moving Computer - thought maybe outside interference
- Mouse Only - maybe headphones acting up
- Headphones Only - maybe mouse acting up
- Google - no answers to this problem, fixed another though
