Best Video Card under $100?

Torn between the Radeon 4650 or the GeForce 9500GT. Any advice? Should I spring a couple bucks more for the 4770 or GeForce 250? I really don't have more than $100 to $120.

If you can, I'd spring extra for the 4770. Now would be the time to buy as prices may fall a little (tho not promising anything here :p) as retailers get rid of 'old' stock and the 4xxx series stops production.
