AMD didnt make a good choice here. i guess if they are going to throw these chips that didnt pass 4 cores, ok, but the price it to high. they should make the 8450 sub $100 and the 8740 around $150. The X4 is the same price as the 8750 right now. what do you guyz think?

It's a brand new product. I'm sure after hype dies the price will go down to levels that will make sense.

I think that AMD cpu:s which only has 3 cores instead of 4 should be less expensive, definitely.

Not to mention power usage does not seem to improve with 3 cores, either. Most definately rather have a 4-core phenom with that pricing. No sale.
