Q. Please introduce yourself, and tell us exactly what you do.

A. Okay. I am Richard Bergeron and I own and operate ( With quite a bit of help ) Bullet PC. I also setup office and school networks in our area. And finally I help design Home Theater systems for our Parent company The TV Shop.

Q. How is Florida right now?

A. In one word "Hot". We don't get spring here we just go straight to summer.

Q. How long has BulletPC been in business?

A. We started out as Silver Bullet PC about 2 years ago and shortened it up to Bullet PC when my Webmaster (The very talented Dan Solomon jr.) suggested it to me. Our parent company however, which I am also part owner of, has been in the service and sales of consumer electronics for over 30 years.

Q. Are you happy with how your business has done so far?

A. We are happy so far as our sales have steadily risen since the sites inception and we are expecting more good this year.

Q. When people shop for products, why should they choose you over the competition?

A. Well very simply put, they can get one on one tech and sales support from our friendly staff professional staff. We also have some very solid deals as well.

Q. With the industry moving so fast, what have you done to stay in touch with your customers? I like the new site design, any other plans?

A. Yes, I am glad you asked. We just launched our own reviews section as a part of Bullet PC called "Forensics" Autopsy reports. The new section has a very cool look and the content will be technical with some humor mixed in (The best review writers can mix humor in with their reports and still be informative IMO). We don't want our viewers getting bored so we have made the reviews section interesting, I think anyways.

Now, let's get a little more personal, and see what kind of person you are. Uhm, that sounded pretty damn ghey. Anywho...

Q. Intel or Amd, why?

A. Good question. Up until the 533 FSB hit I was AMD, but I must say since I have switched to Intel I really don't think I will ever go back. With Canterwood on the Horizon with the performance it boasts there is really no contest for Power Desktop users. Again that is just my opinion.

Q. ATI or NVidia, why?

A. Again at this point ATI all the way. Since the 9700Pro was launched I tossed my 4600 in a box and never looked back. I will be getting the 9800's in about a week for testing and sales and I trust it will destroy the 5800 Ultra. Of course if nVidia comes back with something stronger I will be on it in the blink of an eye. I will supply our customers with the best from both companies at all times however.

Q. You have a choice of one product you can own if you are stranded on a desert beach, what is it?

A. A Satellite phone. So I can "Phone Home".

Q. If you could be anywhere, doing anything, what would it be?

A. I think I would be in Gainsville Head Coaching my favorite college football team the Gators. I have been attending their games since I was 8 and our shop is located only 35 miles from their stadium "The Swamp"!

Q. What are your favorite tech sites? Don't be afraid to be honest, we don't censor anybody.

A. Anandtech, Pimprig, 3DChipset, Viperlair (Of course)

Q. Is there anything you would like to see a tech site do, or write about, that hasn't yet been done.

A. I haven't really thought about that to much. If I do come up with something, and I will, you will see it in our new "Forensics" section. hehe.

Q. Finally, since you took the time to answer all of our questions, why don't you ask us one, and throw in a plug for something you are selling on your site. Because, you know, cheap plugs rock!

A. Who is your favorite College Football team/teams? Also, we managed to get ahold of some BFG Asylum 5800 Ultras Retail box, as well as BFG 5200's. The 5800's are no longer in production and very hard to find.

We'd like to thank Richard for sitting down with us and sharing his thoughts.
