Yep, plays Blu-ray et al, and most (perhaps all?) 260's I've seen for sale have at the very least a DVI to HDMI adapter. If not, DVI and HDMI are electrically compatible (for video at least) so an adapter or DVI to HDMI cable is dirt cheap if one is not included.
