A 745 MB wav file was converted to 320kb Lame encoded mp3 file.

Fastest clock again at 250 which not only has the best clock speed, but probably best compromise of RAM timings.

1T command rate didn't seem to matter much in this benchmark, it rewarded the highest marks to the highest clock speed. However even though both the 200fsb and the 300fsb is at 2.2, the 300fsb was rated higher even with much slower ram timings.

Sisoft Sandra 2005 Memory Bandwidth Benchmark

The higher the FSB the more memory bandwidth there is for the system to play with. Even with higher timings still nets gain here.

TMPGEnc Plus - 146MB AVi to MPEG encoding

Highest clock speed once again taking the cake here. Next is fastest timings and clock speed, followed by 300FSB.
