A dead heat here. Neither board holds an advantage in this test. A nod to the MSI board for keeping up with the Abit.

As we saw in the Sandra tests, the MSI board drops a little behind with regards to CPU, however it does take the lead in overall marks.
Doom 3
Again, when it comes to graphics, the P6N out performs the older chipset.
Far Cry
Same story for Far Cry; the Abit AW9D is slower than the MSI P6N SLI Platinum.
Unreal Tournament 2004 - Botmatch
Considering this is a botmatch, you would expect the numbers to be close, as our previous tests have shown that when it comes to CPU performance, the Abit AW9D holds the edge. The MSI P6N SLI Platinum offers more FPS from the same graphics card however, and this helps it to edge out in front once again.
