Left 4 Dead 2 (DirectX 9)

Settings: 1680x1050, Very High, 4xMSAA, 16x Anisotropic Filtering.

Whilst the Average frame rate changed little between the two cards, the HIS card provided higher frame rates at these settings. This is a game that I play near daily, and with many custom maps being heavier on cards than the standard one, the extra little boost from the Turbo card is very helpful.

Assassin's Creed 2 (DirectX 9)

Settings: 1680x1050, Highest Available in options, 2xMSAA.

Despite the obvious differences in frame rates, and despite the obvious win for the HIS 5850 Turbo, in actuality the game plays pretty much the same on both cards. That said, low frame rates in this game are quite distracting, and here at least the HIS 5850 Turbo wins out with minimums always above the 30 FPS mark.
