The NX7600GT and X1800GTO are pretty much neck and neck in the
numbers department. Performance is slightly better than the reference
7600GT due to the slightly better specs of MSI's card. The card
itself did experience quite a few drops under 30fps though, hence
the X1800GTO may feel a bit smoother for experienced gamers.
Half
Life 2: Lost Coast - Image Quality

Lost
Coast looks pretty spectacular on the NX7600GT. Fans of HDR
will be quite happy with the improvements NVIDIA made in this
area. To be honest, I can't really tell who does it better,
ATI or NVIDIA, which I suppose is a good thing since if it was
noticeable, we'll have a problem.

Performance of the NX7600GT is closer to the reference
design here, but without the big dips. It doesn't spike as much
as the X1800GTO, but it provides a relatively even gaming experience.
F.E.A.R. is what I would say a "decent looking" game,
but I've seen better. That said, the lighting is really good
and is what taxes the framerates here. Between ATI and NVIDIA,
the game image quality is pretty even to me.

A great looking game that can be a framerate hog
once all the effects are turned on. While the average framerates
are a bit low, overall the game plays quite nicely.
