Left 4 Dead 2 – DirectX 9

Settings: 1920x1080, 4xMSAA, 8xAF, Very High
Whilst overclocked, the difference between the HIS 5770 Turbo and a standard 5770 is quite minimal. Whilst the minimum, maximum and averages show a clear victory for the Turbo card, the 2 minute frame rate graph shows that the actual experience in playing is only marginally better. Still, higher frame rates are better than lower, and any extra boost is welcome.
Assassin's Creed 2 – DirectX 9

Settings: 1920x1080, 0xMSAA, All options reduced by 1, DX9
All graphic options in the in game menu had to be reduced by 1 to make the game playable on both cards, but we were able to run comfortably at a native 1080p. Assassin's Creed 2 can be pretty unforgiving on graphics cards, and you really do need a big boost between cards to see a difference, so whilst the averages show that once again the HIS Turbo card is the faster card, it's not noticeable in game.
