We ran all the tests in Crystal Disk Benchmark, and the results are quite interesting. The Silicon Power Ultima 150 16GB performs very well when it comes to Read speeds. The Patriot Rage XT 32GB is right on it's heels for every test. For the Write speeds, especially sequential writes, there is no competition; the Patriot Rage XT 32GB storms ahead with speeds that are over twice as fast as the Silicon Power drive.

AIDA64's Disk Benchmark Read Suite performs similar tests to Crystal Disk, and the results are also similar. The Silicon Power drive appears to come out on top, although the Patriot Rage XT 32GB is once again only just behind it.
