Left 4 Dead 2 – DirectX 9
Settings: 1920×1080, 8xMSAA, 16xAF, Very High
At these settings, the default 6850 does pretty well. The minimum frame rates are getting to the point where you might want to lower to 4xMSAA though. The HIS 6850 IceQ X Turbo still has quite low minimum frame rates but it is consistently higher than the default card. Average frame rates are raised by a healthy 5 FPS.
Assassin’s Creed 2 – DirectX 9
Settings: 1920×1080, 4xMSAA, All options in game set to highest
Much like Left 4 Dead 2, at these settings, the HIS 6850 IceQ X Turbo Graphics Card raises the average frame rates by almost 5. It also comes closer the the 6870′s minimum of 35, with a minimum of 32.
