Batman Arkham Asylum – DirectX 9
Settings: 1920×1080, 8x(24xMSAA), 16xAF, Details = Very High, All options On, No Physx
I do like the Batman test as it clearly shows the difference between cards. We can see a marked increase in frame-rates between the two cards here, with the higher clocks of the HIS 6950 IceQ X Turbo X 2GB Graphics Card allowing for a good boost.
Crysis 2 – DirectX 9
Settings: 1920×1080, 4xMSAA, EdgeAA Off, Extreme Mode
This is a new test to our usual gallery, but a modern one none the less. Hopefully we can test with DirectX 11 at some point but for now, unlike previous Crysis games, Crysis 2 is much more forgiving to current hardware. We can see a good increase in frame-rates for the HIS 6950 IceQ X Turbo X 2GB Graphics Card over our standard 6950 2GB.
